        JCPenney's has a great selection of clothes & home goodies and they always have great sales. The staff is always friendly & helpful.

        This is an older JCP. I understand this, however, it is a little hard to navigate where the normal brands are located. I think they could use a little re-vamping.

        I called to purchase a Kitchen...

        I called to purchase a KitchenAid Artisan 5 quart mixer today...and found that in 2...count them...2 days it went up $50!!!!!!!!!!! From $300.00 it went to $350.00.



        I read about Penny's new wave.......why lie???? You raised pricing and then lied to the public??? Why???



        As to how I was treated by Customer Service when I called and asking about the pricing...if there were coupons...anything. Was told they were sorry but all the prices had been raised on the 1st of February for the 'sale'....



        I am extremely distressed and disillusioned regarding JC Pennys. You use to be a really reliable and honorable company. I now see that this is no longer the case. How sad.



        I will definitely let my family, friends, and the people on my Blogs know about what I have experienced.
