Janice's Critter Care

I used Janice's Critter Care over a 5 day holiday. I called around different places on short notice, many places I had to leave messages for and took FOREVER and a day to call me back, Janice was one of the few who actually answered right away :) and of course everyone else and even she seemed booked but she took me in last minute :) which was nice. She will come to your home and meet with you and your pets, which is nice because I could see how they would interact with her and they did like her very much. Also I could meet her and get an idea of the person that she is. she was really nice and offered to feed my 5 frogs while I was away, I could tell she had no intention of charging me for that but I had ways of keeping them fed so I declined. she also offered to pick up my mail :)!I have two cats that fight when I am not around so i have to keep them separated when i am not in the house. she understood this and it was nice to see when I got back that she had kept them separated in different parts of the home as I had wanted while I was away. one of my cats is an old lady in kitty years and she has decided that the litter box is too much effort sometimes these days so I really felt bad about someone having to pick up her poop if she goes on the floor. but Janice was really nice about that and her and her team picked up and kept the floor and litter boxes clean. my babies seemed well fed and the water bowls fresh :). I left different cans and treats out for her to give to the cats if she wanted to and it was nice to see that she had given them the cans and treats while I was away. I also liked that I could call her and ask how the kitties are doing while I was away. The prices were very reasonable and I definitely feel comfortable using Janice's services again and will be doing so in the future since they seemed to genuinely care about me and my pets :).
