Jack Rabbit Roadside Assistance

I have USAA called for a tire change and driver didn't feel safe doing it since I'm stuck on a busy interstate so they cancelled my request and never reached out to me to let me know now it's been 2hours and still stuck

I purhcased have roadside assistance through Progressive Insurance - called for a lock-out service assigned Jack Rabbit USA -they claimed they were 20 minutes away. 3 hours later still nothing. Then they lied claimed I canceled the service. Then they changed the story and said that they could not find my car or me. We were the only care and people in a deserted parking lot and they had my cell number and never actually called or showed up. Progressive had to assign another vendor to come out. Due to drastically falling temperatures, the late hour, and an unsafe area, we had to get a hotel for the night. So because of their callousness, ineptitude, and poor management. I ended up losing a day of work, my kids missed school and I was out $169 for a hotel room.

Took him only about 45 mins to help me get a key I locked inside my car. I appreciate it. Especially on Christmas Eve!

after running out of gas my insurance company sent jack ass I meant jack rabbit to help they offered me $5 $7 or $10 worth of gas I said I would take $10 worth of gas which was 3 gallons long story short I ran out of gas 3miles up the street and I called them and ask them how much gas did they put in my car the guy said 2 and a half gallons because that’s all the gas can could ok. So I said well you shorted me on a half gallon you should have had a extra gas can with the other 1/2. Not only that but I ran out of gas 3 miles down the road and they refused to send someone back out to help me. On average my car gets 20 miles a gallon (low balling it) so even if they did give me 2 and a half gallons I should of had st least 40 miles til empty (again low balling it) so I was cheated out of my money and gas!

I live in Orangeburg an Casey Hutto he's a great guy he was there on time he found my address with no problem it was quick he loves his job he was friendly I always use Jack rabbit company cuz everytime he pulls up in my driveway or wherever I am I know he's going to get the job done right an when I was on the side of the road saying hellllllp meeee... Jack rabbit USA is the best roadside assistance provider. We were at a friend's house and our kids lock the keys in the trunk of the car. And my wife used her Verizon roadside they were supposed to send some stupid company name crack away glass repair and roadside which never showed up we call Verizon back and got told that the people came to the location but we didn't answer the phone take it that this was a gathering we had outside in a barbecue everyone's outside no one ever showed up the guy never called us beats to say I called our regular insurance Geico they contact the jack rabbit and the guy for Orangeburg.casey Huttocalled us about 10 minutes after we got the confirmation that he was coming and he let us know that he was about 15 minutes around the corner all in all he was there in about 25 minutes he had the door unlocked in 5 minutes had his tools back in his car and was gone just like that I would advise anybody if they needroadside assistance when you call in to your insurance company ask for Jack rabbit USA and if you're in Orangeburg area if they said Casey you're definitely going to be in good hands

Me and my husband were broke down and Bamberg at a gas station in a car would not start. My husband ask many pastor buys if they had any jumper cables but we kept getting told no. I call progressive they contacted jackrabbit. Miss Stacy the dispatcher called me within 5 minutes and let me know that they had dispatch to driver and that he should be there within 35 minutes. Before my phone call ended with her I was already receiving a call from the driver himself who let me know he had just finished a call around the corner and he should be there within 10 minutes. Which he was. When he arrived we found out that I battery terminals were completely corroded and falling apart he then told us that he could replace the terminals for us and clean the battery up and when we ask how much that will cost he told us nothing free of charge he put two new battery terminals on clean the battery with acid cleaner hooked everything up car started right up my husband tip him $50 that day because we were in the middle of trying to go back home to Georgia I thought we were going to be stuck but Mr Casey Hutto from Jack rabbit USA save the day for us if I can give them a hundred Stars I would best roadside experience we ever experienced thank you Jack rabbit! And thank you mr. Casey Hutto!

Would’ve given them zero stars if it was an option. The told me assistance would arrive in 15 minutes, an hour passed so I called them back. They then told me oh yes he’s on his way should only be 15 minutes. Well now it’s been over two hours and still no assistance. They can’t seem to contact their driver. This company is unprofessional and I will NEVER be using them again. Can’t believe they are in business.

My insurance provider sent "jack Rabbit" person when my tire went flat and the lug nuts were too tight for me or my husband to remove. We had three kids in the car and it was way past their bedtime. Our guy from NC was SO GREAT! He was friendly, competent and quickly got the right tools out of his car (bigger wrench, super jack) to get us changed in about 5-10 min. We are so satisfied!

I used this company through my insurance provider as a "Roadside Assistance" service when my battery died. My insurance provider said the wait time would be approximately 45-60 min and this towing company arrived within 15 min! The owner for this company in Pittsburgh, PA, was the one who serviced us and he got us back on the road within 5 min! We appreciate how timely he was, respectful, and competent! I'll definitely be recommending this company to others!

If I could give zero stars I would. I was told I was stupid by the “manager” on the phone because I asked why the man that was supposed to be there wasn’t there. Never use this service. You will not be satisfied if you do.

I called at 3:12 pm and had a flat tire at 4:22 pm. My representative was in touch with me when he left and when he was getting close. He changed my tire quickly, was friendly, and saved the day. I don't usually write reviews but wanted to add a good review since this company had such rotten ones. I am located in Little Rock, AR.

The issue here was professionalism. This man had the worst attitude I have ever seen. This was my first time getting road side assistance so I wasn't aware I needed my insurance documents because I didn't call them through my insurance company. My insurance documents were in the house instead of my car because I had just moved to the state a few days prior. Instead of having him wait while I went back in the house, I pulled up the information he needed on my phone. He then asked me with a discourteous tone did I not have insurance documents. This was his tone the entire encounter. I will never use this company again.

Great service. Had a flat and my car was missing the bolt for the locked lug nut Jack Rabbit arrived quickly to help. He put the spare on, filled it with air and I was back on the road.

My insurance called Jack Rabbit. I blew a tire while driving on expressway. Scary, pulled over at next exit. Said would be 35-60 min. Was about 20 degrees last night. Guy was there in 15 min! My trunk was frozen shut. He crawled in from back seat to push lid from inside while I pulled outside. He went above and beyond. Thank you!

My grandpa locked his keys in his trunk. His insurance company arranged for Jack Rabbit to come unlock his car. 2 hours and 45 minutes later they still hadn't shown up. I called twice.... the first time was holding to talk to someone for 27 minutes when they finally answered they immediately asked me to hold. I explained our situation (at this point they were 45 minutes past due) verified my call back number and was waiting while she checked on the status of our driver.... the call was disconnected and she never called me back. Called again and waited on hold to talk to someone for another 30 minute and the the automated system said there was an error and disconnected my call. Will NEVER use this company again! What AWFUL service. My poor 84 year old grandpa who recently had hip surgery had to sit uncomfortably in my car for HOURS and this company didn't show or have the decency to call back.

They told me they would be here in 35 minutes. 2 and a half hours later they are still not here. I will be contacting my insurance provider tomorrow suggestions they use a different provider. Very unprofessional!!!!

It took over an hour to get there. The girl smelled like cat pee. The jack that she had would not go high enough to change the tire. So she asked if I had wood in my car. What? Who carries wood in their vehicle? So I walked to a house where there was a contractor doing some construction & asked for a piece of wood so that she could get the jack high enough to change the tire.

I was looking for Jack Rabbit Roadside Assistance in Fort Wayne. This review is related to them. I was locked out of my car, my insurance company called them and I had a 45 minute ETA. They arrived in less than half an hour after I got off the phone with my company. The gentleman was very professional and my car was unlocked within minutes. Thank you!
