Our business needed to have our truck unlocked because our driver left the keys in the truck. I was given great customer service when I called to have them come out. J & J Towing was there in half an hour, maybe a little less than that, and quickly got the truck open and was very professional. This company keys in on their customer service and makes it the best they can knowing that customer service is one of the most important things to a sucessfull business. I will definately use them in the future when needed and won't have any problem referring them to other business or friends.
