J & B Appliance Repair

This is one unprofessional company. I called them and they said they would come out. He came out and told me THEN it would be $65. They should have told me this on the phone. The technician looked at my refrigerator and told me to trash my fridge. He was only at my house 10 minutes. I called the main number and they told me that they didn't have the tools needed to fix my fridge. I asked them why the service guy didn't inform me of this and still charged me $65. The person on the phone hung up on me. very rude and disrespectful. Don't waste your money

They say their "Honest Dependable Service" but I paid $256 for a part that wasn't needed. All it took to fix it was to tighten a few screws that were loose. The owner Tim was not willing refund any money, only made up a story of I had two different problems. Stay away from! Use a well known company.
