I ordered propane on 12/23/16 and was told it couldn't be delivered until 1/2/17. I informed them my tank was only at 10% and I didn't think I would make it until 1/2. Why does it take a 1 1/2 weeks for a service that's already been paid? At the same time, I notified Irving that I smelled a very faint scent of gas when I checked the tank on 12/23.
Well that got everyone jumping and a technician was at my house very quickly. As it turns out, I did have a propane leak so Irving sent a second technician over to repaid it. He indicated I was at 5% so I was not going to make it until 1/2.
It is now 12/28 and I've phoned every day trying to get a delivery. I'm now out of propane and they are in a blackout due to the impending snowstorm, which means, even if I pay the $95 emergency 24-hour delivery fee, they won't deliver it until Saturday morning. First, I'm not paying a fee since it wasn't an emergency when I ordered and paid for the delivery that Irving can't seem to deliver, and second Wednesday to Saturday is not 24 hours so again, why would I pay a fee?
They were, however, very gracious in asking if I had any space heaters to use until they could deliver. For real? I'll now have to stay home over the holiday weekend to make sure my pipes don't freeze.
For a business in the service industry, they're service is non existent.
we have been customers for over 16 years and as of the last two years they have become less and less professional.twice they have tried to charge us more money after pre-paying for fuel they then come up with bullshit charges.dont like getting screwed over by these completely disorganized jackasses.will never buy from them again.
WE ORDERED 200GAL FROM THIS COMPANY @2.54 PER GAL AND WAS SET UP FOR FRIDAY DELIVERY NO ONE EVER CALLED OR SHOWED UP I CALLED THEM AT 8PM ON FRIDAY AND WAS TOLD I WOULD NOT GET MY ORDER UNTIL SAT AND OMEONE FINLLY CAME SAT @ 7PM AND THEN CHARGED ME 2.85 GAL AND TOLD ME I WILL HAVE TO CALL UP TO GET A REFUND FOR THE OVER CHARGE
