Overall

We just joined hoth our toddler sons into our local i9sports office owned,by Justin Cheresnick.
First of all we were not expecting them to only have parent volunteer coaches the program was highly disorganized and chaotic the coaches were fathers of most of the kids who had no knowledge of the sport soccer. During the second hour when my second son started his session my husband volunteered to be a coach immediately he was provided with a t-shirt that said certified coach so why are we being misled that all these coaches are certified who is certifying these coach? The owner of the company Justin was notified that we were not happy he was extremely unprofessional extremely argumentative and very dismissive of us he immediately refunded our money because we were asking hard questions that he could not answer I feel like this program is false advertising and it's misleading the entire City of Coral Springs. If my husband didn't sign up to be a coach we would have no idea that all the coaches are not certified coaches they're not experienced and they have no idea of the sport it is setting up my children for failure in the area of soccer horrible experience
