iLoveKickboxing is an awesome workout, the staff is so supportive and they cheer you on to push yourself just that little bit more. When I take the classes I feel strong and confident. That first class I was hooked immediately, this is the best whole body workout that I have found I love it.

I was nervous on my first class but the staff was so friendly they made you feel like family. They walk you through the entire workout. The workout is intense but they are more then happy to accommodate you if you have any restrictions. Facility is very clean. I signed up for a 5 class trial and after my first class I knew it was something I really wanted to do and became a member that same day. I would say its very addictive.

ILKB is great!! Its not just a gym its a family. The instructors make you feel so welcome and comfortable especially when you have never done a work out like this before.
