Called on a Saturday for an emergency - no one called back. I called again on Monday morning (9:30am) - they said someone would be right out. Had to call back several times during the day and they always had an excuse as to why they weren't there yet. Finally showed up at 8:00PM. Pumped the tank with no issue but by then I had to wait another day to get a plumber over to finish fixing the problem. Would not use again because of this. If they would have let me know that they would have to fit me in at the end of the day, I could have made arrangements and been much more satisfied with their service.

They were courteous and prompt. Even tried to see if we wanted it done a day earlier if available. Person at other end of phone and serviceman who showed up at home, were both friendly and accommodating. Took 1000 gallons away in no time. :-)



If you pre-dig opening prior to them showing up (like I did), there will be no problems guaranteed. Serviceman aware of area and not leaving any mess behind.
