Honorguard Pest Management

Unimpressed with Honorguard. They upsold me on some brown recluse service that I didn't need and didn't honor the refer-a-friend program. I switched exterminators...would not recommend.

I recently had Honorguard come to my home for an issue with ants. The Lady who sent Shannon, our tech was very helpful and pleasant. Our Tech was very knowledgeable about the reason we were having this problem and sent another person to our house. The second person found we were having issues with bugs other than ants in our attic and crawlspace. Needless to say after this company serviced my house, things have been much better. Our tech is Shannon and we trust him to treat our house every month, even when we are not at home. I recommend this company to all of my friends and family.

What an absolute JOKE!! After being stood up with no call for my initial service, some shleprock comes and does something at my house and leaves without telling anyone what he has done. I then find that he had rolled his buggy (pun intended) over some art work my wife had drying on our porch. They were supposed to do a yard treatment but I think they just dumped a bucket of mosquitoes in my back yard and called it a day. I waited a few weeks to see how the follow up would be.... got none. Then called to complain and left a message for the manager, Chris, to call me and never heard from him. Then, I called to cancel my service or lack thereof and they couldn't find my name in the system. Never use them, bash them to your friends. They have no honor and they guard nothing.
