The Company was hired for a mere 7 mile residential move within Queens. The entire move was a nightmare for us, valuable equipment and furniture were broken, the move was not completed per the contract and we were cursed, abused and bullied by the crew. While I made more than a dozen calls and sent emails to the Company, they were unable to control their crew and are yet to compensate me for the damages, refund the money that we were overcharged for more than an hour of their crew's time when they did not work and have not even emailed me any apology for their rude, unprofessional, abusive behavior (the crew even yelled the F Bomb) and for not completing the move - they left my treadmill in the doorway to the basement saying that it was too big, whereas we were able to move it on our own later! This proves their incompetence and unprofessional behavior as well. I was asked not to post my comments online, but even after weeks of waiting they are yet to act!

I would have gone with another company but changed my mind at the last minute when I saw few bad reviews about them. Then I hired high touch moving for my relocation needs. Moving from PA to RI within 3 days’ notice was a huge task for me. It was a sudden decision of leaving PA. But the team of high touch moving was more than just capable of managing such task. They came on time, nicely managed the odds, did really good to keep ahead than the schedule and displayed pure class to deliver all those office belongings without any damage.
