Our goal is to reach out to professionals in the school food service arena. We know that it is very challenging for you to have the time and the ability to provide healthy food to the children you are passionately serving and to properly promote your food program. We want to assist you in every way possible whether it is doing menu planning, research and development of new food items, doing cost analysis, doing taste tests, or conducting school site surveys on new food items. Since the arrival of the first phase of the new USDA regulations time is truly of the essence for all of us to understand and implement these changes to the best of our ability. We look forward to working with you to meet all your nutritional needs.
