Description Of Work: Removed 2 medium sized trees (mulberry and crab apple), two smaller trees (cherry and maple), one large (over 50 ft) triple-trunked dead hickory threatening utility lines and garage, stump grinding and debris removal

Member Comments: The owner, Marvin, came out, took his time measuring and did a detailed written estimate, including a numbered diagram of all the work to be done. We agreed that his crew would come out on two occasions, first the same week to clear the smaller trees, stumps and at a separate time to get the large tree. We had gotten another estimate in the same ballpark for the smaller trees but they didn't want to give us an estimate for the larger tree without PSE&G. Marvin gave us a firm estimate and said that he would let his crew decide if they could safely do the larger tree without PSE&G.

They came on time on both occasions and manuvered their equipment up our narrow driveway without damaging ours or neighbors property. They were efficient, courteous and cleaned up well. They were also able to assess the property and plan a removal of the larg tree without PSE&G, which meant it could be done much quicker.

Marvin came out after the first job to inspect and make sure they had enough access for the second. We agreed that a second tree might need removal for access by the bucket truck and the crew did remove it, but this was not charged.

The price quoted was the price paid and from estimate to completion was 2 weeks. I really couldn't recommend them higher.
