Glenn is great! I called H2H doors looking for a gear kit for my garage door a few weeks back. He gave me honest information on where to find the kit. He inquired about my door and gave me some advice on what too look for when trouble shooting my door. Very polite. Fast forward a few weeks. Got the gear kit in the mail, went out to change out the gears and noticed my door catching on something when opening and closing. This was beginning to go above my comfort zone on fixing it my self. So I called H2H doors back and Glenn answered again. He remembered speaking to me and remembered my problem when my door. I asked him about his price on a service call and he gave me a break on the price because I already had the part and he had a good idea of what the problem was. He is very reasonably priced to begin with and he did not have to offer to give me a break. It was a very kind thing to do. The day of the appointment he called me an hour an half early and said he was ahead of schedule and offered to come by early or if it was better for me to keep the appointment time. I chose to have him come early. He was professional, honest, polite and friendly. He did have an assistant, but for the life of my I can't remember his name. He was professional, polite also. They took care of my garage door in about 30 mins, and then gave me some tips on general maintenance of it. My door is about 17 years old. Its working awesome and overall the experience was great. When my garage door opener does finally kick the bucket, I will be calling H2H doors to purchase and install my next one. Been a long time since I have had such a great experience. H2H doors, good up the great work! God bless! PS- You know they are a family company when Glenn's note pad has a sticker that says, "I love daddy, he's number one" written on the side of it. H2H doors is number one!

Glenn, was a total professional took plenty of time to explain needed repair, spent extra time at no charge to fix prior repair service mistakes.

Glen came to our house to repair replace our springs and rollers. nice guy. Very professional, and got the job done very fast. Would recommend for any garage door services, he is a pro and has good prices.

I had a Liftmaster jack shaft opener installed 5 months ago by another company. One day I noticed the 2 mounting bolts on the floor because they were not driven into the stud but rather just the sheetrock. The other company would not warranty the installation so I called H2H. Best decision ever! Glenn really knew his business and had my opener mounted properly and running again in 10 minutes. I highly recommend H2H and will never look anywhere else again.

The reviews here do not lie, Glenn was a blessing. He was here within a couple hours of calling, repair was done much sooner than I expected, price also was fair. I would not hesitate to recommend him or call him the next time I'm in need of his services. Thank the Lord! its nice to know their are still good honest business men out there.

Appreciated the prompt work! Glen was able to fit me in his schedule while he was in town and the work (replacing springs and rollers, attaching a cable) done within 1 hour of my initial call. Glen was courteous and professional.

Contacted Glen in regards to a garage door opener repair, he was able to come out on same day (which was a holiday). Showed up on time, had a Pleasant attitude and addressed the problem immediately. Glen scheduled our repair within 48 hours (indicating he could schedule sooner if it was an emergency but it was not). He arrived on time, worked carefully, corrected the problem, checked the entire system, and provided handy maintenance information. We will call him again if needed, and recommend him without reservation.

Wife informed me this Saturday morning that the garage door wasn't working/ opening. I consider myself a pretty handy guy, so I figured I could fix the problem quick, because I had installed the garage door opener myself. I actually found out that one of the springs broke. Well that's a new one for me. I looked up Youtube to get some tips and I found out that it's a little bit more involved than I expected. So, I decided to let an expert handle this one so I could enjoy focus rest of my Saturday working on my other "honey do" list chores.

I found H2H Doors in my internet search, and I was pretty impressed with the numerous, positive reviews with the service provided by Glen the owner. I wondered if this guy was for real with all these great reviews. I called and Glen came out promptly (actually sooner then he had originally quoted) within a few hours. I watched him fix/ replace the springs, and it was obvious he was an expert, because he made it look it easier than it really was. I quickly found out that if I had tried to do it myself, I would have ended up calling somebody (probably Glen) to help me out anyways.

Glen quickly replaced the springs, and the garage door worked on the first try. Glen was very knowledgeable and personable. He took the time to provide some maintenance tips, and he made some minor adjustments on my garage door opener. His fee was very reasonable.

After 24 years in law enforcement, I think I have a pretty good idea on who the crooks and good folks are. Glen is truly one of the good, hard-working, honest professionals. I highly recommend Glen- he is the real deal!

I called Glen after no response from our usual garage door repair firm. Glen was able to get out the same day I called, fixed the problem (broken spring), and did some adjustments to make the door open more smoothly and quietly. Great service. I am so glad I called this man. I called everyone I could find then landed this company's phone number. Once he answered it was night and day from what I was told by the other companies. Glen is very professional, knowledgeable, fast and most of all 1000% aware of customer satisfaction. My garage door went out on me at the most unexpected time, of course, and like most people I have all my tools in my garage as well as other items stored. I could not go without having my door fixed that day and the door chose to malfunction about 5 p.m. which is closing time for everyone else. After calling 5 or 6 different companies I finally found Glen. He got here as quick as he could THAT DAY! He was extremely fast diagnosing the problem and fixing it. I can't thank this man enough! If you know me or don't please give this man a call first. There is no reason to call anyone else and go through the motions... I am very thankful for his help, I'll call him again first sign of problems next time!
