Had two new AC Units installed, the service was on time, professional and polite. I would recommend Gunnys to anyone- great service!

Called them when my AC stopped working and I told the tech what I thought the problem was. He tested the part and it was just as I thought, a failed start up Capacitor. He installed a new one and then told me it is very rare and it is $240.00!! I couldn't believe it and after looking them up online I find out they are only $20.00!!! I called them back and they refuse to refund any money and are ripping me off over $200.00. Don't believe a word these people say because they will take advantage of your emergency and lie to your face. There is nothing "Rare" about my capacitor and they are all over. I am pretty sure they have ripped off the other people there that have had them work on their equipment so do some research for your selves. These people are thieves and should be out of business.
