Gotcha Pest Control

I would give them negative stars if that was an option. Trapped a family's cat and then told them they dropped it off at the shelter. When family went to retrieve the cat the shelter advised them the cat was never brought to the shelter. Family suspects nefarious demise of their beloved pet by this unscrupulous business. Gotcha refuses to give any further details of the wherabouts of their pet. Apparently it is all about the money with this company and companion animals are disposed of like trash.

I had an infestation of bees in my home and I remember seeing Gotcha Pest Control on the news. I called them and they came out the same day to help me in getting rid of the bees. I was so surprised by their highly educated employees. They made sure to answer all of my questions with out making me feel crazy. The customer service was excellent and I will for sure be using them for my routine pest control from now on.
