Allen was really thorough in explaining my system and going over options. Also installed my Nest thermostat, he made sure everything was working and I feel he went the extra mile. Great customer service! Thanks Allen!

We had Ryan Nelson come out to see what we needed as our unit broke and too old to fix. He checked everything ,measured and gave us a bid and we went with Gilmore as we had not got this type of service from other bidders. today I had the some bad news that my ac unit was going soon but I got to meet and deal with ryan nelson at Gilmore heating and air he treated me very good and I never felt pressure to have them do the job. ryan looked my my needs and did his best to see that I got what I needed for the best price, he a very good professional at his job and is very customer oriented I was happy to give Gilmore heating and air my business. I've been using Gilmore Heating and Air Conditioning for five years because my heater was under their warranty. The servicemen always arrive on time and once they're here, they do a good job fixing it for me. They are also always nice and polite. I see no reason to use somebody else, Gilmore provides excellent service for me.

Gareth did a great job of inspecting our AC systems and in explaining what he observed -- very professional. I liked the way he was able to show me what he observed in the systems on his iPad.

During this last heat wave my air condition was not keeping up cooling our home. Called Gilmore they sent out Chad, a technician, in less than an hour Chad had found the problem, he also checked out the whole system and gave it a clean bill of health. Chad explained all what he did and what needed to be replaced to fix the unit. Chad was very professional and knowledgeable of our unit. I have used Gilmore before and had the same experience with the responding technicians.

Kirk arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of not only the air conditioner/heater, but the attic insulation and ducting as well. He gave me a professional report and pleasantly answered all my questions. Gilmore has always given us excellent service.

I used a heating and air service before and caught them putting in a lesser valued unit in my attic than I paid for. They had to come back out and replace it, regardless to say I am very careful not to get burnt. Zach was the tech. that came out to my house and I am very pleased with his performance. Air conditioning unit stopped working. Service tech made a diagnostic service call and was able to identify the problem within minutes. He also made some recommendations that would help our system run more efficiently. I would recommend Gilmore to anyone and feel comfortable that they would be in good hands. Gilmore Service Technician (Brian) came out to perform routine heat maintenance. In the process, Brian discovered a situation that should have been addressed upon system installation. Brian advised me of needed repair; thoroughly explained reason repair needed and showed me old parts as they were removed. Brian is very professional and knowledgeable, at the same time being very courteous and considerate. Brian is an excellent representative for Gilmore Heat and Air, and I will continue to use Gilmore's services if Brian is an example (and I believe he is) of the company as a whole.
