Overall
Willing to work with customer to solve any issue with appliance

A few months ago, I had to make a service call to General Service since they are an official Whirlpool repair service. I wanted them to check a problem with my mothers washer.

I was given excellent service and reassurance that the problem would be taken care of by Claudia and her son the owner. He personally made a visit to my mothers home to ensure that the problem was corrected. This type of service for any company is very rare but it is a wonderful personal touch that shows the owners do care about customer satisfaction.

I for one will always call on a company who gives such wonderful attention to their customer. My mother and I are truly grateful for this above and beyond type of great service and attention to our concerns regarding her Whirlpool washerl.

Experienced and Professional with Integrity!

General Service is the only company I use and trust for all of my applicance repairs. Their technicians are extremely knowledgable; I have not had one problem which they could not fix whether on my washer and dryer, refrigerator, stove, icemaker, dishwasher or microwave. We had a horrible experience with another local company who charged us exhorbitantly and then still left us with broken appliances. General Service techs are always prompt, extremely professional and courteous, and they fix my problems the first time. General Service's integrity causes them to attempt to fix problems instead of just automatically replacing parts!! You will not be dissappointed.

Overall
Fast, Friendly and Great Service

General Services is by far the best appliance repair company I have ever dealt with. My Whirlpool Ice Maker was under warranty and because of my prior experiences with General Services , I requested that Whirlpool use them for my repair.

As usual, my problem was diagnosed quickly, the parts were ordered, I was notified as soon as the parts were received and the repair was completely in a quick and efficient manner.

WORK ETHIC IS SOMETHING THESE PEOPLE GREATLY LACK.

This company contracts for Whirlpool. Like Whirlpool they should be flushed down a Whirlpool; similar to the one in a public restroom. But that we an insult to the toilet.

There service repair people are rude and quite frankly obnoxious. It took them at least 5 attempts to fix my washer and they couldn’t.

I know that Texas Heat is a killer. So I kindly offered bottled beverages. The workers quickly consumed them.

They would knock on your door. Show no identification. Go to your washer. Dust it off and walk out with any information.

Days later they show up and replace a part. Again and Again.

Now the last appointment that was scheduled their worker JOE just called up and washed his hands of it. Plain and simple.

Joe did give me a telephone number to call for further service. The number I reached wanted me to call back General Service and get paper work regarding their failed attempts. I ask you – what type of service is that.



It is called passing the buck because your to lazy to do your own job.

All I can say is I,m sorry for the customer inconveince but if the customer would have called and talked to me I would have taken care of the problem I don,t wash my hands of anything Taking care of my customers is my priority period. I know i can not please everyone but we try.
