On 1/14/2019, my vehicle was towed by "Innovative Towing & Recovery," and dispatched by "Agero." "Agero" is a Third Party "Emergency Tow" company contracted by both WEBTEC Insurance Services Inc., AND Mercury Insurance.
More important, while "Innovative Towing & Recovery," operates with NO "LLC" - through the State of California Secretary of State, significantly damaged my vehicle totaling to the amount between $2300 - $2900. Jerry Diecidue, Agero's Supervising Damage Team, whom is contracted through Mercury Insurance and WEBTEC Insurance Services, Inc., "Willfully and Intentionally" deny accountability and refuses to pay for damage(s) while California Law states that the victim is entitled in taking their vehicle to the Auto Repair shop that they (Victim) desires.
Mercury Insurance and Agero should be fully investigated, while these companies further contract irresponsible towing companies. Nonetheless, the above named companies(s) are strictly held liable and accountable for any and all "Damages," on the part of the client(s) property (Victim-Vehicles). I am requesting for a full and complete investigation pursuant the below Business and Professions Code, for "Unfair Practices and Bad Faith Practices."
Robert associate # 178380 was one of 3 people who canceled my auto policy for late payment. He told me that he sent me my policy in the mail and I never received it! By CA State law they are required to cancel a policy but for non payment. But they are also required to mail out the policy so I can have an I.d. card. Two of theses women were happy to cancel my policy including Robert. I can't understand I was a customer for 3 years with Gieco and updated my policy with a new debit card. Why they asked me to pay $785 for the next 6 months upfront. This company does. Or care about the safety of its drivers. It only cares about ripping there customers off by demanding money upfront! I refuse to drive with out my I.d card and with out car insurance here outing my self at risk and any others. I am one CA's most safest drivers. I'm cautious and a careful driver. Theses people don't care about protecting me against non insured drivers they have actually said they don't mind me be uninsured. So much for following the law Robert at Geico. If I was you I'd find another job. Because you do not understand the importance of insuring people for there safety.
