Old food bad management

I usually go there maybe once a week to get crispy chicken salad well today chicken taste like it was old cold or re dipped in some cooking grease.So I called to complain and this guy gets on the phone thing I just made those chicken strips I told him there is no way I come there all the time and the chicken always taste fresh today it seems like it was old he continued to tell me we never took anything until you orderI told him there is no way this chicken is rubberthen out of the blue he starts saying hello hello I hear him just fine and the phone hangs up so I call back he says well yeah if you wanna bring the salad back I'll make you another one but I know for sure it was fresh I told him it was too hot and I was not going to waste gas so he just sat on the phone then once again said well if you want to bring it back you can.then he just sat on the phoneI told him I'm not calling just to complain I've never had any issues I'm a regular customer he continues to say I know you're a regular customer.I told him there was no way I was driving all the way back for a salad so he didn't say anything else all I heard was his breathing so I said well since this problem isn't getting resolved or getting me anywhere I know what to do next time and he said ok and hung up the phone I will never ever go there again I wouldn't recommend anyone else to go at least in customer service when there's a problem not always thing the customer is always right but you fix that problem horrible management never again

Horrible customer service from the store manager!!!! I went to eat with my girlfriend at the frosty king on Chester and the manager was rude and did not want to listen to what I had to say! We ordered a combo for 4.99 that came with 2 burritos a drink and a large fries and we wanted to substitute for a chilly cheese fries. They did it but charged us 2.25 extra to substitute for a medium chilly cheese fries. A medium chilly cheese fries at regular price cost 2.99. So why charge us 2.25 extra to substitute it??? I even told the manager I just want to pay for what I ordered not get charged extra! He didn't care what we had to say because we ate our food and we had a receipt. He said "she gave you a receipt so you agreed to pay that price. So its done nothing else to say, I can't help you, you agreed its done." You have to slide the credit card first to get a receipt out!!!! I didn't want free food I just wanted that extra charge back. I called the owner to and he never got back to me. Wow horrible!! I loved going here. I went at least once a week to a frosty king, but now I'm never going!! would not recommend talking to the manager on cheater
