I have been a FrontPoint customer for more than 3 years now, and am very impressed. My initial experience was not promising, I admit. My first inquiry went unanswered, but when I sent another email commenting on their poor customer service I obviously hit a tender point, because they called me within 10 minutes and could not have been more apologetic. Chris, my initial contact, spent over an hour on the telephone explaining the system, and it sounded good so I placed an order. The box arrived within a few days and complete installation took nearly a half hour. Then, one call to the FP office and I was up and running. Their system uses GE wireless sensors, so installation amounts to sticking a small unit on the wall using the supplied double-sided tape. Communication with the monitoring service is via cellphone, so there is no possibility of being cut off by a burglar's cutting your phone line. In the past three years I have had two issues with the system. In one case a sensor failed and I called the FP customer support line and they led me though the troubleshooting process and we fixed tie problem right then. Another time I called because I thought I had a problem, but just after I finished dialing I realized that I knew the answer, so I hung up. Ten minutes later I received a call from FP - they had seen my number flash upon their screen briefly, and were just calling to be sure that everything was OK. Now - that's service! I have had a small number of false alarms: twice when my parrot climbed the curtains and screamed into the glass break sensor, setting it off; once a tree fell down right next to my garage and the vibration shook things off of the shelves, and set off the glass break sensor there. The only time I needed the system for real was when the hose to the washing machine leaked and began to fill the basement. The flood sensor that I have on my system alerted me, and I was able to fix the leak before any damage was done.
FrontPoint says equipment is easy to install, the monitoring is faultless and they claim to have great customer service - they are just what they say they are!

A few years ago, I began the search for a home security system and was greatly disappointed in what I was finding. None provided what I was looking for--home video monitoring for a reasonable cost. Then I ran across Front Point--they offered a cellular system that you install yourself, allowing you to customize your system. I ordered a system and had it set up in less than 30 minutes--sensors on my doors, windows, garage door and a smoke/fire sensor. I ordered 3 cameras and had them running on my wifi network in about an hour--I'm not a techie!
When I am out of town, I use FrontPoints's app for my iphone and ipad to take a look around the house and yard just to make sure everything is ok. I have my front door camera set up to notify me if someone walks past a certain point on my porch and I can quickly watch the video and save it if need be. Amazing!
I have been thrilled with they system, have had 0 issues with any of the equipment of FrontPoint. In fact, my emails regarding questions about the system are answered quickly and efficiently--usually with a return call from FrontPoint.
If you are looking for a security system, FrontPoint offers a system that is far and above better than any large commercial security system you see advertised on TV. I have told my friends that those other security systems are in the Dark Ages compared to FrontPoint.

This system is fantastic. Super easy to install, activation takes seconds, online monitoring and controls are amazing, customer service is great. I can monitor my doors, alarm settings and even turn my lights on and off from my cell phone! I sleep safe with this system!

We have had Front Point for almost 2 years and have been MORE than satisfied. We got Front Point because our summer home was 1100 miles away and the thefts around here are numerous. They sent my system to me and it only took about 45 minutes to install. I compared 8 security systems including ADT, Front Point, and others and Front Point was by far the best and the cheapest. Some companies offer free systems but you get only 1 door and 2 windows for free and their monitoring is $10+ more per month. I also like it that Front Point calls me first on an alarm as the Sheriff's Office charges for false alarms and Front Point tells me which door or window caused the alarm. Also I had a problem with my control unit and they over nighted a new one for free. My Front Point uses cellular for alarms. This is great because I don't have cable or phone lines.

I have been with FrontPoint of almost two years now it I can't say enough about the company. Every time I have ever called they have been really helpful and nice. I got my system because a three days before we were planning to go on vacation our neighbor's house was broken into. I called FrontPoint and the over-nighted our system to us for free. I've had my system a little over a year now. During that time I've had a couple of sensors replaced and the customer service department had them in the mail to me fast. The system is easy to install - I did my 2,800 SF home in about 20 min. Great features, easy to install, great customer service, unique monitoring options. I really like the way I can actvite or check the status of my system with my smart phone where ever I am. I recommend Frontpoint.

I am a new customer--just installed my alarm in April. Everyone--without exception--is wonderful. They are all polite and knowledgeable. My system arrived promptly and the order was exactly as I placed it. The sensors are very easy to install and the ""heart"" of the alarm is easy to use. They also provide key chain remote activators and they make it even easier to arm and disarm when leaving the house. The technology--no wires--is great and the price is competitive with other alarm systems. I highly recommend Front Point.

I installed my FrontPoint Security system almost 2 years ago and I have not questioned my choice . When I have questions about the different options the customer service rep. has always been helpful and makes sure my questions are answered completely. The smart phone app is great, I can see everything that is going on (via security cam) right on my phone, Highly recommend this system
