This is the worst company that I have ever had to deal with!!! By far!!! I had internet installed and it worked for 6 days! Then, it was turnred off by them. No billing problems, no equipment problems, just STUPID people problems. I spent all day on the phone and on live chat from my neighbors house and the best they could do was give me an appointment in 6 DAYS !!!! To check my equipment. If there was ANY other company in this area I would NEVER use this one. Im trying to start an online business! The local people are great, its the company that really stinks!

Worst experience ever. I was quoted $126 for triple play, then the bill came and shows up as $369! WTF, that wasn't the deal! Called 5 times, the regular customer service couldn't help, every time they connect me to the proper department, I kept getting disconnected, what the...they're supposed to be the phone provider and couldn't get they're act right!

Terrible, one month my bill was 164.00 and the next month it jumped to 331.00 for no reason. This company has big time issues, I would not recommend them at all . I wish I still had Verison or Century Link in my area. I got tired of the bill never being correct, it was always wrong. When the first made the switich they had my bill up to 800.00. Oh another thing to , they say they shut off your service , but they don't and charge you 23.00 to turn it back on when it was never off. Fraud charges.

The power went out and they could not handle the power outage, Six calls over two days and they could not fix the problem. They purchased Verizon and let go the customer service. They do not believe in customer service. When you call they verify your phone number and the first thing they ask when you talk to customer service is They ask you for your phone number again. Customer service has problems speaking English. They cannot schedule a repair call for six days and no one on the phone can make a decision. They hung up on me and turned off our Internet when I challenged their lack of concern for the customer.

horrible, I have a month trying to establish phone and internet connection and still have to wait.

The problem is that frontier is the only one having wire connection to my home.

If it was possible I will be rating minus 5 stars but have to make 1 since the review will not be accpted
