My 'phone went dead on Saturday morning. A neighbour called Frontier for me: they said the earliest a technician could come out was 10 DAYS later. They were very curt and unapologetic about this amazingly bad service.

Frontier really is as bad as the reviews suggest.

Overall

Called Frontier and was given a week to wait for internet installation. They were supposedly booked up which did not make sense seeing that it was out of the normal moving season. I had to settle for a morning appointment because all others were filled so I took off from work to be there for the installation. On the day of installation I waited for hours and no one showed up! A representative then called me to tell me that no one was coming but I could have my appointment rescheduled for 2 weeks later. I was furious, not only did I take off work but they waisted hours of my day waiting for services that would not be installed. Needless to say I've gone with another provider and I'm satisfied. Frontier is unprofessional and I would not recommend them, go with Northland instead.

Frontier-DO NOT BOTHER

I have been living at the garden district for 2 years. The internet service has never been reliable but today I have reached the boiling point. The internet at my apartment has been out 4 weeks and the support line makes it clear that they aren't interested in their customers. I would encourage you to consider another provider before doing business with Frontier
