        The Friends of Horses Rescue & Adoption, also known as FOHRAA, is a nonprofit corporation in the metropolitan Denver area. It offers horse rescue, adoption and education services. The corporation provides programs that focus on breeding practices. The Friends of Horses Rescue & Adoption works in collaboration with the Colorado Bureau of Land Management and Colorado State University. The corporation serves more than 100 abused and neglected horses. It also places foals and retired thoroughbred racers in adoption homes. The Friends of Horses Rescue & Adoption offers vaccination services. The corporation operates an online store that provides a collection of sweatshirts, bumper stickers and ball caps.

        I was so wrong, he only saves the ones he can make a dollar on. They have begun hiring the homeless, criminals, anyone Bill can take advantage of. He has multiple charges right now in Arapahoe county. He will be in prison soon. Help make him accountable for the horses that remain there. He will be killing them soon. He, Bill Stiffler has stolen all the money for personal use from this nonprofit organization. Stop the abuse.

        Horrible Lying people. Horses look sick and Bill lies about the age and condition of the animals. All the staff are rude.
