Franco's Towing

I am an insurance adjuster, I was assigned to inspect vehicle at Franco's Towing, I called the day before to verify location, was told it was there and ok to come over for photos and estimate, when I arrived I was told I could not, when I questioned why was told to get out and never come back, they were verbally abusive and interfered with my ability to resolve my customers claim.
