Fox Plumbing & Heating

Recently we've had a leak on our water line running from our meter to the house. This line ran underneath our concrete driveway so we were dreading the use of jackhammers and broken concrete. This sounded like a very labor intensive and costly project. After receiving a few bids we have chosen FOX Plumbing and Heating after considering the process they've proposed to us. Both my wife and I were extremely pleased at their work. Our driveway is untouched with a new waterline installed. No more leaking and the price was very competitive! I strongly recommend seeking out a bid from FOX before making the final decision on who to trust to do the job right! You will not be disappointed!

I've used Fox for three different jobs at my house, and they've always been great. Two of the jobs were simple repairs, one was a simple gas appliance installation.



I get the impression that the management of this company runs a tight ship. They have a very specific set of things (besides the actual plumbing work) that they want their people to do, and they check that those things are done.



They will call after the service has been completed and ask whether the person they sent was on time, used those little cloth shoe covers when inside the house, did the job satisfactorily, and so on.



Full disclosure: they also offer a $25 coupon to any customer who writes a review here--although they do say that the coupon is valid regardless of whether you give them one star or five.



I can't comment on their cost compared to competitors.

Hose bib was leaking. First experience with a burst pipe. Didn't really know how much work would be involved. Mike was really nice. Worked quickly and efficiently. Very informative about the job that needed to be done. Quick and friendly service. Would use them again in a pinch. Thanks again!

Fox Plumbing did a great job fixing our sewer drain and adding a catch basin and clean out drain. I called around and all other plumbers would not even give an accurate estimage unless we paid for camera service to inspect the drain. Fox does this for free! They fixed our sewer drain problem and added the catch basin and clean out drain. They did a great job and did this and a very good price. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been using Fox Plumbing for the past 15 years. They are top rate in terms of work, price and professionalism.



Both of the service technicians I have needed to use recently, Marcus Mosley and Adrian Clement, do really fantastic work. In addition to be nice guys they also took time to explain what was going on and a number of options. Helpful and good.

These guys are great! We have used thier services before and as usual, they did great work.



The estimate was accurate and Wyll finised early. He made sure I was satisfied with the work. He also cleaned up after himselfnicely.



We highly reccomend Fox. They are great plumbers!

They are the best! Here the same day within 3 hrs from my call. Marcus was personable, pleasant and had a great smile. He opened my plugged sink and was delightful while he did the job. I would highly recommend Fox Plumbing in a heartbeat. It is hard to find a good plumber within a decent price range. He also wore shoe covers so he did not bring in the wet and whatevers from outside.

When your water heater breaks (especially when you have young children) you feel helpless. I contacted Fox after talking to several different plumbers in the area who either could not come out same day (or even next day) or provided me with an outraguous qoute. Right away Fox provided great service on the phone. Savanna took all my info and got back to me really quickly. They were even able to get the water heater model we wanted--which was a rare model. The plumber Chad was on time and got the job done quickly and cleaned up his mess efficently. Thank you Fox!

We have had six Fox Plumbing "kids" out to our aging (30-year old) condo building in Madison Park on emergency- and regularly scheduled calls to address all manner of problems over the past nine months. Two or three of them have been out multiple times. One "kid" even battled ice and snow to fix a flood the night before Thanksgiving at a time the company was being slammed by service calls!



Each and every "kid" has been courteous, caretaking, stuck with task until completion, and fully competent to deal fully with underlying causes. All eight owners are favorably impressed and do not hesitate to call Fox when in a box and needing to get out. We have to wonder where the company finds such capable employees coz we know they don't grow on trees.



As unofficial "super" of the building I receive frequent follow-up quality control check calls from the company, another good sign. Another plus is they don't hype and their billing reflects this value.



Will we use them again? Of course, they are the official plumbers of McGilva Condos.

Fox Plumbing and Heating (Jesse and Heath) came to replace our side sewer, as it had become degraded after 55+ years of service. They were very professional, showed up on time every day, and did a wonderful job. Even when parts of the job didn't go as planned, they kept their heads down to come up with solutions. They kept the job site clean and safe, putting up caution tape so that no one would come into the area. After completion, they cleaned up the yard and even threw down grass seed on the bare spots where the repairs had been done. They were AWESOME! We've done business with Fox for many years; getting slow drains cleared and just general maintenance on our plumbing, we have never been disappointed! Thanks you guys, for making what could have been a disaster, into a very pleasant experience!

I had 2 issues, broken toilet, leaky drain. Chad took 5 min to inspect both, gave me a recommendation w/ price and discussed less expensive alternatives. Adrian, the tech who replaced a sewer line pump that was installed by another contractor, did a great job at overcoming obstacles. The original pump was installed beneath flooring which, per the installing contractor, was EASY to access. Well, it was not - but, through professional perserverance, he got the job done. I had a leaky toilet that needed to be repaired. Fox Plumbing came out quickly and explained what needed to be done and how long it would take to do the job. Marcus was efficient and professional and left the place spotless. Great work.

I'm an office manager at a law office in Seattle. We are very fast paced here and have lots of solo practitioners in house. Fox was able to work quietly and efficiently at replacing our downstairs toilet without disrupting our tenants and clients. Our service technician was very informative and helped us choose the best option for our plumbing needs. It has been a couple weeks since our replacement and are very pleased with our new and improved bathroom fixture.

In addition to doing good, timely work, these guys are ethical. When their equipment broke down during repair and they had to do the work manually, they didn't charge by the hour! Way to go.

The work was fine and they made a follow up call the next day. I should of checked around a little more because these guys are expensive. $160.00 bucks an hour, and the service call is $95.00. Check around, I think there are plumbers just as good, but much cheaper.
