After purchasing top of the line Bosch stove top, built in oven, microwave and dishwasher, the microwave turntable quit working on the second use. The oven also stopped working. We were under warranty and I made a call to Fergusons, expecting them to send someone out to repair our appliances. That is NOT how it works. They evidently contract repair work out and since we live in Freeport, we were/are not in Bosh's service area. We got a complete run around and at least a month without our new oven and many phone calls later one of the repair companies in Panama City was able to diagnose the problem in the electrical circuit which we were able to take care of. For the microwave we have had no luck getting the part we need to fix the turntable. It is a small plastic piece that fits under the turntable. The service guy in Panama City who promised to order it 6 weeks ago will no longer answer my phone calls. Ten days ago I talked with Fergusons asking them to just get and send me the part and I could install it. I sent a picture and model numbers of the part to our sales girl that sold us the Bosch appliances. Last week I followed up with her via email and she has not responded. I feel burned by this store in so many ways. After spending $8000 no one informed us we were NOT in a service area, making our warranty void. Their service system totally sucks. I would never ever buy another item from this company.

Just Stay Away! Beautiful items in showroom, but terrible customer service. We ordered a bathtub, which was delivered to us damaged 4 TIMES!!! They were never able to provide us with a tub that could be installed. They did, however, double charge us for the tub and took over 2 weeks and 3 phone calls to credit the money back to our credit card. This company cost us over $500 in extra expenses due to having to pay a plumber to come on 4 occasions (and not be able to work), as well as purchasing a drain that was partially installed so now it can't be returned. Do you think they did anything to make this right? Of course not. I got a few "i'm sorry's," but they certainly didn't pay for all the extra charges, nor compensate us in any way for the 2+ week renovation delay caused by having to wait for a tub that wasn't broken. After the 4th broken tub was delivered, I gave up & went to Noland plumbing. They were able to provide us with a bathtub in perfect condition that day.

No doubt a beautiful showroom and there appeared to be many sales people. I stopped in two weeks ago, looked around several times...took some pictures of some of my favorite vanities/mirrors/ one approached me. Lots of sales people sitting at their desks...only a few of them actually looked busy. Stopped in last week to check the price of a vanity that I had seen the week before. Very friendly sales person asked if I needed help. She could not answer a question related to vanities though, so she took me over to a lady who was sitting at her desk and asked her to help me. Woah!!! Now this lady literally put her hands on her head and said, "Don't do this to me!" She basically had to be coerced into answering a few simple questions! I realize that this place probably prefers people to make appointments, but heck....I was a serious potential customer who needed to decide on and order a bathroom vanity...and a toilet....and lighting....and possibly other accessories!
