used them for about 2 years and had pretty good results. In the past 6 months it has gone down hill. Had nut grass and they did nothing including tell me about it so I solved it myself. Last vist I came home and my Bermuda grass was brown at the road where their truck parked and in the majority of my front yard including a ""y"" formation. I called them to ask what happened as they were there that day and it looked fine when I left. He said it was a fungus but could not explain the ""y"" formation. I was not pleased with that response and he said he would come out to see it personally a couple of days later. A couple of days later he does not show up but leaves a message wanting to know if everything was okay. It was not and I cancelled my service....
