Finally showed up around 6:30 & told us our lid lock on our washer needed to be replaced & they didn't have in stock. The guy that came out proceeded to tell us if we paid cash it would be $190 otherwise $250. We said ok order the part which he said he would do & call us the next day Saturday. We'll all day Saturday & no call again so my husband called & the guy again made an excuse about the place he buys parts from didn't have it in stock & they had to order it & it would be in Monday. Ok.... Monday comes no call AGAIN so my husband called again & asked if he would be coming to fix & he said yes but didn't know a time & would call us 30 mins before. We waited until 5pm & once AGAIN my husband called & the guy said & I quote "I went to lowes & they didn't have the part" WTF? You've been telling us since Friday you had to ORDER the part & just said today you would be here TODAY to fix!
UPDATE: So after leaving the original review the owner contacted us to fix. The owner came out on 10/9/16 & was unable to fix because he order the wrong part, GREAT!! He then apologized over & over & said he would be back today 10/10/16 & would fix. He shows up at 10 & is in there for about 20 mins. He comes out & says he needs to get something out of his truck & will be right back & a few minutes later TEXT me saying he is unable to fix as it needs a new control panel in addition to just the lid lock (funny how 2 of their workers have now "inspected" my washer & this is the first I'm hearing this) and I should just buy a new washer! REALLY u tell me your getting something out of your truck, leave, then send me a text?! WTF does that?! And this is the OWNER! So I immediately try calling him & he is sending my calls straight 2 voicemail then he blocked my # so I call from a private # & tell him I'm reporting him to the bbb & he responds by saying & I quote "I know where u live & karma is a bitch" LMAO really? Now u want to have balls after u just left & sent me a text like a coward?
