My experience with Ethel turned sour when I realized that if I wasn't inspecting my rental on a regular basis no one was. So why am I paying her? Neither me or my tenant got a response with what was left of the deposit. The tenants messed up my home and now Ethel won't answer my calls. She's a very pleasant person but not quite professional. Make sure she's doing a move in checklist. I'm still repairing my home from previous tenant and wasn't informed of damages before she moved another tenant in.
