Where Do You Conduct Your Sales? We conducts sales throughout the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas. Mission, McAllen, Edinburg, Pharr, Weslaco, Donna, Raymondville, Harlingen, South Padre Island, Port Isabel, Brownsville, San Benito and all points in-between. How Does This Work? Estate Sales & Liquidations provides all of the resources needed to sort, organize, attractively display, research, price, advertise and sell the contents of an estate. We work with you, the client, and our buyers to provide an enjoyable, secure and profitable experience for all parties. How Far In Advance Do I Need To Book A Sale? We prefer a lead time of 2-3 weeks, but you can also book us 6 months in advance. We have also been able to put together quality sales in a matter of days. Also, our customers attend estate sales all year, so any month is a great time to have a sale. What Is Your Commission? Estate Sales & Liquidations charges 30% to 40% commission of the gross sales. Commission fees come out of the sale proceeds. We DO NOT ever charge an upfront fee and OUR percentage will pay for advertising and employee fees. Our Clients will never be charged for anything! What Kind Of Items Do You Sell? PLEASE, DO NOT THROW ANYTHING AWAY! We can sell antiques, clothing, furniture, tools, appliances, jewelry, artwork, collectibles, garden equipment, vehicles, boats, storage rooms... almost anything you have.
Don't worry about the stress related to cleaning, packing, arranging, sorting and donating. We will take care of all the details for you. Our Services Include: Organizing, cleaning, and displaying of household contents Identifying items to be sold and removing personal effects not to be sold Providing all tables and required locked cases Arranging for all advertising, e-mail reminders and flyers Providing adequate staff, and arranging for professional security as needed Presale when advantageous for high ticket or unusual items Arranging for any desired charitable donations made with the remainder of the items, with donation slip for you Leaving the home cleared of contents and in broom-clean condition Sales proceeds are paid within three days at the closing of the estate sale Pricing Your Items Estate Sales & Liquidations will do our best to get top dollar for your items. Since our fee is based on a percentage of the total sale, it is in everyone's best interest to get the highest price on all items. Event Sale Days Our "events" are conducted on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Advertising of the sale will be in most local newspapers, emails and through an extensive call list. Advertising and staff are paid out of our percentage. An Estate Sale is a Big Open House! Let us know if the home or office will be listed with a realtor or we can get a reputable real estate professional to work with you prior to the sale. Something Special~Our staff is the best! I have shopped and purchased many lovely and unique items in the past 12 years from Jessica’s Estate Sales. She faithfully sends out the monthly emails advertising the upcoming estate sales. I’m able to look over the photos listed and I can plan in advance to go “have a look” on the sale days. I usually leave with new found treasures! Jessica and her staff are friendly and true professionals.
We are now in the process of putting our house on the market to sell. We called Jessica, she met us at our home for a walk through and set up the sale and work dates. She and her staff had our home items sorted and priced within 3 days! She made the process extremely easy on us. We were able to leave town knowing that we were in good hands! She stayed in touch with us through text messages or by phone as needed. The day after the sale ended she texted me with great news. With her years of experience and knowledge she priced our items fairly and made nearly triple the amount of money we thought the sale would bring!! We came home to a clean garage and clean empty rooms.

Even though Jessica was not able to conduct a sale for us because of the prohibition of on-site sales by the retirement village where my husband's parents had an apartment, she was gracious enough to come over to look over the situation, give us some valuable advice, and most of all, recommend a reputable auction service that was able to help us. She is an absolutely wonderful lady and we enjoyed meeting her and are very thankful for her help.
Jessica was a great help in organizing and selling my grandparents' estate. She really went above and beyond by being our "team lead" even when I, my mom, and my aunt couldn't be in Harlingen to help. She coordinated with the realtor, communicated with the family members, and made everything very simple for us during such a hard and emotional time. I highly recommend her and her team if you are needing to do an estate sale in the valley. She's very knowledgeable, and it was a pleasure to do business with her.

What a Blessing! Called 3 different estate sales individuals, but found Jessica's to be the most qualified, best organized, and extremely courteous of the 3 I spoke with. Jessica's professionalism, courtesy, and respectful demeanor was such a blessing in handling my parent's estate. Especially since I worked with her on the phone while out of State. Her honesty and timely updates was such a blessing. Even my Real Estate person spoke kindly of Jessica and her team.
I live out of state and needed someone to help me sell my parents' belongings when they sold their house. I found Jessica's attractive website and she responded quickly to my email. She met with me during a brief visit to Harlingen, and I felt like my parents' cherished belongings would be handled by a very professional and competent old friend. Jessica saved me after another company left me high and dry. I had one week to clear my mom's house before it sold. I called all over and Jessica was the only one who would even consider the job. She worked this sale in even though she already had another sale scheduled for the same weekend. I would recommend estate sales by Jessica to everyone. She is completely trustworthy and very easy to work with. After we removed personal items and other things we wanted to keep, Jessica and her crew priced items, held the sale and left the home completely empty in one week.
