We hired Eastern Royal to transport my father from Atlanta, GA to Dayton, OH following emergency surgery to repair a broken femur. David coordinated the schedule with me and his priority is clearly the comfort and well being of the passenger. He suggested driving overnight, so they would encounter less traffic and hopefully my Dad would sleep more. The driving team - Nathan and Curtis - arrived on time and took exceptional care of my father. They also were compassionate and helped us define the best way to keep my dad as comfortable as possible. They updated us as they said they would along the way, and everything went exactly as planned. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. They really came through for us in our time of great need!

I used Eastern Royal Transport to have dad taken from IL to his new facility in SC. 700+ mile trip. Never having done this before I was nervous. David's email back from my inquiry was so complete and detailed I immediately knew this company was top notch on delivering service. Our drivers Mary and KG were excellent! They arrived early to the pick up location, always patient, caring and capable throughout the whole trip (12 hours with 90% of the trip at night in very heavy rain and fog). I would definitely recommend this company.

We used Eastern Royal Medical Transport to take my sister-in-law from Virginia Beach, Virginia to South Texas. David was excellent with preparing for the transport! Davey and Crockett (lol, I know, right?) were very professional and sympathetic. They called us during the transport which was 24 hrs. My sister-in-law was able to talk to us. This was a long hard trip for her but they did their ultimate best. Thank you so much for your kindness toward my Sister-in-law and getting her safely to her new location. We appreciate you.

David's customer service was outstanding, before, during and after the transport. This company provided us with a much needed service, at a fraction of the cost of other companies, and with outstanding patient comfort, care and service.

I run Arrowhead Clinic and whenever our patients need transport to and from appointments, Eastern Royal Medical Transport is the only company that I call. They are always on time and they treat our patients with the utmost courtesy. I wouldn't trust our patients with any other medical transport company.

This is the timeliest medical transport company I have used yet. I have MS and am confined to a wheelchair. I have used Eastern Royal Medical Transport for all my doctors visits and even for transportation to the mall to do my holiday shopping. They are always there when they say they will be and the staff is very nice. Highly recommended!
