I previously tried to take my driving test through MRCHS, in the Three Rivers location because it was closer, but after being screamed at, lied to, and generally mistreated by the instructor Robin, I decided to try E-Z Way for my test after being recommended by multiple people. My anxiousness about the test was instantly put at ease when I found the instructor Jake to be very friendly and professional. He explained everything clearly, and if I was uncertain and had a question, or just needed him to repeat an instruction to clarify my understanding, he had no problem doing so. Was very patient and at no point was I made to feel rushed when doing the off-road maneuvers and gave instructions with enough time and clarity that I felt both calm and comfortable doing the test. Am now a licensed and confident driver! Thanks so much!

Horrible. We're half way through and my Son has not even been in a car yet. They have a shortage of qualified instructors. Because of this, he can't be rated on on "Range Driving". We pulled him out and seeking a full refund. HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

The instructor did a great job reading the instructions. She was personable and gave me some good recommendations about what I could improve on after the test. She answered all of the questions I asked. The test was just as described in the road skills test study guide.

DO NOT use this company! I pai...

DO NOT use this company! I paid $50.00 for a road test. The ez way tester got out of her car, walked around my car, said I had a brake light out and could not continue the test. My $50.00 was gone, just like that. I understand that is the companies policy and that is why I am taking the time to write this. Because that is a really unfair policy. Hopefully others won't get stripped of $50.00 like that. Especially after how much money you pay for the segment 1 & 2 classes to just try to rip you off like that is shady. Also, when I called to complain the complaint handler, Stephanie, was extremely rude, yelling at me that she was unhappy with ME when I told her I was unhappy with the company policy!!!

By Michigan Law, all car parts must Be in GOOD working condition to be used for the test. For new drivers, Brake lights that function are imperative for safety when conducting a test. They are also required by law. Michigans required car parts that must work are listed in the "Road Skills Test Study Guide", on E-Z Way and the State's web site as well as clearly stated while booking the road test appointment. The resedule fee is a partial amount which covers the cost of our examiner that had to set aside time (60 minutes - set up plus alloted test time)in anticipation of conducting a test. The State of Michigan will not allow us to test people that arrive in cars with brake lights out. This is for obvious safety reasons.
