Horrible. We're half way through and my Son has not even been in a car yet. They have a shortage of qualified instructors. Because of this, he can't be rated on on "Range Driving". We pulled him out and seeking a full refund. HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

The instructor did a great job reading the instructions. She was personable and gave me some good recommendations about what I could improve on after the test. She answered all of the questions I asked. The test was just as described in the road skills test study guide.

My son took his driving test through this company. We started with the parking test first. The instructor never went over the distances he had to be to the cones in the parking exercises . Basically said pull up to here and back into this spot. Never gave distances that he had to be from the cones until after the test was over. Had he explained the distances he needed to be from the cones my son would have passed. His parking was perfect other then he did not pull close enough to the cones (information not given until after the test). The person conducting the test should have provide this information prior to the test!. Now because of their incompetent employee I have rescheduled and pay again. When I rescheduled I requested not to have this same person, due to our experience. My son's next session is with the owner. The the secretary explained the owner is very nice and through. Hopefully, he fully explains all expectations prior to the testing and not after the testing. And this is a better experience for my son.

I also hope the owner goes over this experience with the person from our first session so this does not happen to anyone else. It makes it really hard to swallow that I have to pay for this test again when the expectations were not explained prior to the testing.

great and easy experience

So the other person obviously didn't listen during drivers training the brake light being out is not company policy it's state law and the secretaries are very helpful and friendly

DO NOT use this company! I pai...

DO NOT use this company! I paid $50.00 for a road test. The ez way tester got out of her car, walked around my car, said I had a brake light out and could not continue the test. My $50.00 was gone, just like that. I understand that is the companies policy and that is why I am taking the time to write this. Because that is a really unfair policy. Hopefully others won't get stripped of $50.00 like that. Especially after how much money you pay for the segment 1 & 2 classes to just try to rip you off like that is shady. Also, when I called to complain the complaint handler, Stephanie, was extremely rude, yelling at me that she was unhappy with ME when I told her I was unhappy with the company policy!!!

By Michigan Law, all car parts must Be in GOOD working condition to be used for the test. For new drivers, Brake lights that function are imperative for safety when conducting a test. They are also required by law. Michigans required car parts that must work are listed in the "Road Skills Test Study Guide", on E-Z Way and the State's web site as well as clearly stated while booking the road test appointment. The resedule fee is a partial amount which covers the cost of our examiner that had to set aside time (60 minutes - set up plus alloted test time)in anticipation of conducting a test. The State of Michigan will not allow us to test people that arrive in cars with brake lights out. This is for obvious safety reasons.
