We had a big job to do, when they showed up to bring the dumpster someone was in our driveway working on the neighbors tree, they called to see where we wanted them to place the dumpster. We had wanted in the driveway but were unable to place it there, the business was kind enough to place on the street, come back the next day at no extra charge and put in driveway! When we filled it, they were there the same afternoon to pick it up! Price was reasonalbe as well!
Thank you Dumpsters R Us. Your price is fair and reasonable, your service is great. I had an emergency and you were able to get us emergency service. You now handle our account nationwide and are the best management company we ever used. Many charged us alot more.
We see that you are licensed in New York so I do not feel the other commenter is valid and their comments should be removed. I even checked with NY.
We have ordered over 100 dumpsters in 3 months, Thank you for being there with so few problems.
Apparently their reps don't know their companies policies. I contacted them to get a price quote and because it sounded good I made a reservation. I was told that they needed a Credit Card on file but that it wouldn't be charged at that time as they will send out an invoice about 1-2 weeks after the dumpster be picked up again from my residence and I could then decide what payment method I'd like to use. Ok, sounded good! Then one day later I discovered my CC was indeed charged, unauthorized I might add so I contacted them and of course spoke to another rep who said she'd will initiate the refund and make a note on our account that we should receive an invoice. Apparently everything the first rep told me to sign me with the company was incorrect and I was told the invoice would be sent out that very same day!
I will post an update once we actually get the dumpster and the invoice, maybe our bad start was simply a fluke! :)
