They said to be at home from 9-1. I had to leave at one. They called at 12:45 and said they would be here in 20 minutes. I said I would wait until 1:15 and if they failed to show up I would leave. I left at 1:15. About 1:25 I got about six phone calls from the manager confronting me about why I wasn't home to meet his crew. I got very irrated and ignored his other calls. When I got home someone ran over an Amazon gift box and smashed it. They then put it by my garage door. I got the message. BE WARY!!!!
This is the worst experience I have ever had with carpet cleaner services. The staff that showed up were not in the best mood... I guess Friday is the worse day to schedule this service as they were doing the job as fast as possible to get out of the job. In the middle of th rush one of them moves one of the sofas and instead of lifting it, ends up tearing the carpet in two parts. At the end I paid because they promised they will take care of the fixing. What a terrible mistake! I called Doug, the owner and after hiring the company to repair the tear, they decided they were going to look for another contractor, after three weeks of no hearing from them I called and they said they were still looking for a contractor to come and fix the tear. After 5 weeks they ended up accepting to let me have the contractor I had contact initially. Terrible customer service!!
PLEASE READ THE WHOLE REVIEW! All businesses make mistakes. No one is perfect. You could judge a business' integrity by the way they handle their mistakes.
Dri Masters scheduled an appointment with me to clean my apartment carpets wall-to-wall. The cleaner showed up a tad late due to his work vehicle breaking down. There was a little miscommunication over the phone between the cleaner and myself about the new arrival time. When the cleaner did arrive, I expressed my dissatisfaction. I don't think the cleaner and I saw eye-to-eye on the subject though.
I wasn't exactly pleased with the way things were handled that day so I wrote an email to the company explaining my dissatisfaction. The next day, Sunday, (a day they are closed) DOUG calls me! Doug, if I remember correctly, is the owner/CEO of Dri Masters. He called me to apologize on his company's behalf and to make things right. I truly believe he is a man of integrity, honesty, and high moral principles. I believe that reflects onto his company as well!
Companies like this one are extremely rare to find these days. They made a mistake, owned up to it, and went above and beyond to make things right. Thank you, Doug, for the phone call!!!!! I would recommend Dri Masters to anyone and I will definitely be doing business with them in the future!!!!! (The carpet looks fantastic as well!!!!)
I can't say enough good things about this company. I use the Harrisburg branch for service to my home and they do a phenomenal job! The technicians are very knowledgeable about the products they use, are very friendly and do a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. Having 6 dogs in my home calls for my carpets to be cleaned often and when there have been "accidents", Dri-Masters always can fit me right in for an emergency service. The owner, Doug, is such a pleasure to talk to and always make sure he can fit us right in. I have used other carpet services in the past, but no one measures up to Dri-Masters. The company was extremely accurate with there pricing and gave a great service. they quoted us a price and we wanted a little rug done and they did it without any complaints. the technicians that came out were extremely knowledgeable and assisted me in any way. they moved all furniture and left me looking at carpet that looked new.. i totally would recommend this company to anyone who is inquiring about there services.... i will definitely use them in the future..
