Very good work. Ian was very knowledgeable and knew precisely what to do. The only oversight was leaving the door remaining un-hooked to the chain mechanism. No big deal, but Ian might like to remember to do that in his future jobs. Thanks for the quick service.

Do you have a garage? Does it need a door. These guys can do it. Fast, reliable, affordable, and at the end of it all you have a door. Nice.

I called to get a quote on replacing a broken spring. they could not give me an estimate over phone, when they showed up the service man said it cost 396.00 to replace 1 spring. i told him that cant be right. then he lowered the price to 350.00. again i said that was too much. he AGAIN lowered the price to 300.00. i told him to get lost. i called another company and after a few Q and A i got quoted 125.00 to replace spring and they would lubricate and tune up everything for no extra cost. I dont know whos running Door Mart but they need to get their head out of their back side, and be up front with quotes and set pricing. I would not buy a thing EVER from them and i suggest anybody else call around for up front pricing. THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME DOOR MART. If i could give a negative 5 stars i would.

Very Un-reliable, 3 different days an appointment was set for them to look at my garage door, all 3 days they cancelled, they finally informed me that they did not have a technician in my area but could send someone out in a few days but would charge $120.00.

My mom and I would like to appreciate you as a company and to thank the technician, Steve, who was pleasant and did an excellent work in fixing our garage.

My mother-in-law's garage door came of track and was quoted $645 to repair, but the tech was nice enough to say he would close the door for $125. Needless to say, she had the same repair she was quoted $645 done elsewhere for $171. I don't know why they wanted to charge her so much for the repair. I am only giving 1 star because he did get there with 2 hours of her phoning the company.

The Door-Mart tech arrived promptly the day after I made the call. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it quickly, but let us know that the part would probably need to be replaced soon. He quoted us the part so if/when it does go out, we know who to call and what to expect.

This is my first time using your service and I was totally impressed! The technician was timely, courteous, explained the issue and pricing, and did an excellent job! This repair was seamless. I will definitely recommend Door-Mart to friends. Thank you for the excellent service!

Last night I had my garage door cable come out of line causing it to crash onto the back of my car as I was backing out. I was in a hurry to find a company who would come out fast. I found Door Mart after seeing they were open 24 hours a day and they had a technician at my house the next hour, I was impressed. The technician then went over with me what he had to do and I also went ahead and got my rollers replaced as they were worn out. He even threw in a free lube and tune with it! I highly recommend Door Mart!

They were very nice, did the work when they said and gave us the senior discount. Our technician was very friendly and did a great job! Thanks! We will be calling again!

I called this company to come out to my mothers house and fix her garage door since she had accidentally backed into it. When I called I was a little embarrassed to explain what had happened but the lady who greeted me on the phone was very kind. They told me they were going to send a technician out to see if the door would be repairable instead of just replacing it right way, which I was happy with because it could save her some money. The technician was very nice as well and got right to work, they ended up being able to save the door and just repair a few of the panels which I was happy with. This company was professional and got the job done quickly, exactly what was needed! They also gave my mother a senior discount! These are my new go to guys for garage door repair!

You guys were great,from the person taking the call (she was very patient with me) to the tech who came (on time too) to my house. He was not super pushy with the sales, he was nice and professional and got the job done quickly. I would very much call upon you again.

The repairs were not cheap, but the quality of the job once completed qualified the cost. In the past, I've hired other garage door repair services. Their work were good. Door Mart repairs were excellent. The technician, Jonathan, had a very good attitude. This is not a fly by the seat of their pants operation.

Our technician was GREAT... He knew what he was doing. He was professional, courteous and very efficient. We would definitely use Door-Mart again. They came quickly when our garage door malfunctioned and knew exactly what was wrong.

The quote (by Laverne) was better than what we were expecting. We had a quote and 3 days later we had the new door, springs, and opener installed. The installer (Ryan) was very knowledgeable and even answered questions for my neighbor about his own door.

Technician was very knowledgeable, friendly and quick at getting his job done. The person I spoke with about the price of a spring was very polite and was able to send a technician out that day. I called at 8:00am and my springs were fixed by 5:00pm same day.

I called them and they set up an appointment for a tech to come to my home between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. I got a phone call telling me that the truck broke down ( Gee we've never heard that excuse have we?) and they would like to re-schedule the following day between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. well I get a call that morning telling me that the tech scheduled to come to my area did not come into work, there was no mention of a re-schedule, so I just assumed my money wasn't green enough for them, so I called another company, they came out the day I called them (On time, no truck problems) did the repair and also installed a new opener system for me. I guess my $600.00 was green enough for them. Why would a company claim to service an area they have no desire go to?

Mr Joey Azar the repairman showed up on time and did a very very good jobAAAA+++++repair my garage door,i would use him (Door- Mart) again.
