I tend to only write positive reviews however this time it is important to note the not so positive. We recently had a heavy snow storm and I requested a quote and service from Mike. Nice guy, very responsive and stopped looking for anyone else. , but no follow-through on the delivery as promised. I did receive an apology email at 10:30 at night but still no service. Stuck without options after trying to find someone else to do the job, I called again and again with no response back to my calls. I would say it is extremely unprofessional and stressful for people that count of someone's word!
They clearly are a small operation and likely new to customer service. I would have a back up plan if you are looking for snow removal!
