I have been a customer of Done-Right for about nine years now. Burt has cleared

pipes, fixed washer hoses, installed a clean-out, installed a water heater, diagnosed and

advised on several situations, and most recently replaced a leaking toilet for our home.

Every experience with this company has been a good one! I trust Burt to give me an honest and correct picture of what the problem is, and to fix it quickly and at a more than

fair price! I have known Burt's wife for many years too, which is what led me to do business with Done-Right in the first place, and I am SO glad I did! It is so nice to have someone you can trust to do your plumbing. A really outstanding company!

Burt at Done Right is an honest and good plumber. He personally can out to find out what the problem is with my leak in the laundry room. If you are looking for someone who really knows plumbing, is honest and trustworthy then Done Right is the right plumbers for you. You won't feel like you are getting ripped off or plunbers who really are not plumbers and don't know what they are doing!! Thank you Done Right!!

We have used Done Right plumbing on several occasions and have been both pleased and impressed with the service that Bert and Company provided. We originally called Mike Counsil plumbing for a minor blockage and immediately the tech tried to up-sell the service. I called Done Right, got a quote over the phone and had the line cleared that afternoon. We have since had Done Right plumb a Tankless Water heater and replace a section of old galvanized pipe, the last piece from a repipe done over 10 years ago. Every time we have used Done Right Plumbing the original estimate has been the final cost. Their Prices are not the cheapest but they are fair and we have never had Done Right try to up-sell any of their services.

I have recommended Done Right Plumbing to friends and neighbors and will continue to do so.

Fantastic experience in every aspect. We've used a lot of contractors over the years and Bert is by far one of the most professional and honest we've been fortunate enough to encounter. He was prompt, thorough in his evaluation and overly concerned about implementing the best solution for our kitchen drain line. If you are looking for an incredibly honest (didn't know they existed in the plumbing business), hard working and efficient company with good prices and people that actually care about doing the work right, then look no further than Done Right Rooter. They were recommended to me by my neighbor after I had just gotten taken to the cleaners by Rescue Rooter. I had Rescue Rooter come out to clear the sewer line and next thing I know they are putting in a clean out for $1875. I assumed they were in the ballpark of what I would pay others so I told them to go ahead with the work. Once they put in the clean out, they told me I needed a new sewer line and it would cost $6500 (they didn't tell me I would need a permit and that to do it to code the sidewalk would need to be removed and replaced so I'm sure that would have been an upsell once they started the work). I thought I better get some other quotes. My neighbor recommended Done Right Rooter as she had used them and was very happy with their work so I hired them on the spot. Not only did they do the work for a very reasonable price (which included pulling up the sidewalk and replacing it) but they told me I had overpaid for the cleanout Rescue Rooter installed and told me what I needed to say to get a refund. Armed with that information, I went back to Rescue Rooter and they gave me a $500 refund. I have to give Rescue Rooter some credit for offering a sizable refund; however, even with the refund I still overpaid by $200. Bert, the owner of Done Right, has a civil engineering degree and is extremely knowledgeable. I immediately felt comfortable that he would do this right. He spent hours with the city of Santa Clara getting permits and jumping through their hoops, which delayed the installation, but he kept in very close communication with me the entire time to keep me updated as to when they could begin work. He said if we had any problems with the toilet backing up during that time, he would take care of the problem at no charge. I was extremely impressed as it is rare to get that sort of follow through. They worked in pouring rain to get the job done, and on top of it they offered to mix in some compost and chicken manure that I wanted to put on the top layer. When they finished the job, they cleaned up the area so it looked like it did before they arrived. They also took as much care as possible to ensure my plants that could be saved were saved. When I need a plumber again, I will be calling them. I hope everyone who reads this will hire them - that way we ensure they will continue in business so they are around next time I need a plumber. I am certain you will be very satisfied with their work.

Amazing service! From the time I called to the time the job was done, it was less than 2 hours. The tech that came out was prompt, courteous and very thorough in the clean-out / unclogging of my kitchen sink. I would HIGHLY recommend Done-Right! to anyone who needs plumbing service done by true professionals.

We received expert advise and service from this company. Could not have been happier with their detailed knowledge of the Appollo Hydroheat systems. We highly reccommend them to anyone thinking of chaging/fixing/repairing their systems.

Simon was dispatched to unclog a slow main drain. The line was so bad that when the washing machine would cycle to drain water would back up into the kitchen sink. I would also see water on the garage floor. I thought that water was over flowing from the washing machine drain. Simon found that it was not the drain leaking on the garage floor but my water heater was leaking from the bottom of the tank. He replaced the tank that same day. If he had just done what he was sent out to do my water heater could have burst its bottom during the night, leaving me with a big wet mess. Simon did snake/power scrub my line and water throughout the house now flows faster than before. If you need work done, Done-Right.. will do you right! ( Bert give my thanks to Simon!)

I'm extremely pleased with the service provided to me by Done Right! They came right out and the pricing was clear, everything I've read in the reviews is true. This is an honest company! Simon cleared my drains and explained everything to me.

Having issues with my new water heater made by AO Smith. Called Done Right Rooter and Plumbing and John came out and got the heater up and running. Seems there is a design flaw in the new water heaters, he was able to quickly fix it and I waited several weeks before posting this review.... It is running like a charm!



The service was free because it was under warranty and John was very helpful, he gave me great suggestions on extending the life of the water heater. Apparently all the water heaters are having issues with the new emmisions rules in Cali.



If you are having problems call Done Right they represent the manufacturer and do an amazing job!



The plumber who installed my water heater had no clue how to get it up and running. Done right is the company I'm going to call for all my future plumber issues! Reading the other reviews.... I had an excellent experience with Bert over the phone, was able to schedule the appointment when I could get off work. I didn't have to wait all day for them to come out!

Clean and Quick Response too



My toilet was backing up into my bathtub which was not only gross but I thought weird? Called a couple of plumbers and the people answering the phone could not answer my questions.



Called Done Right Rooter and Plumbing and got my answers! Yes, just what I needed Bert answered the phone and patiently explained my problem with my sewer pipes. He sent out Simon who cabled the bathtub for a very reasonable price and cleaned up the mess.



Really? I was not expecting that kind of service. They really care about their customers from beginning to end. Bert even called me to tell me when Simon was on the way to my house.

They gave me a phone quote and didn't exceed it. They showed up exactly on time and rooted out the clog quickly, with a 30day warranty. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Our house was built in 1962 and had cast iron sewer pipes. Over the years, as clogs built up at the joints, our tub and clothes washer would back up. Recently, as the problem became more frequent, I realized that the combination of my drum cleaning machine and blasting out my sewer pipes with water was not going to keep up with the problem any longer.



I was impressed with the web site that Done-Right has, and decided to give them a call. I first spoke with Bert, and he explained what the probable causes could be, and he also informed me those repairs can get costly, depending on how serious they are. He gave me a "ballpark" estimate of what those repairs can cost, and asked me if those figures were in my range. I told him they were, and we scheduled a home inspection for the following day.



The next day, Oscar phoned and asked if he could come to my house earlier than the scheduled time. I said yes, and he was here about 20 minutes later. After I explained to him the problems we've been having and what I personally thought was causing the problem, he agreed and went under our house to inspect our old sewer pipes. He gave me a written estimate to replace all of the cast iron pipes with ABS, and I was happy with his professional explanation of how the job would be done.



The following day, Oscar and Glenn started the job. Our house doesn't have as much working room underneath it as some newer homes have. This kind of work requires two people, and is a tough job. With two days of limited working room and hard work, they completely dug out the buried pipes, removed the visible pipes, and replaced them all with new ABS sewer pipe.



During this work, they kept our downtime to an absolute minimum, and it was very easy to live with during this period. They put plastic over our carpets, and went out of their way to keep things clean.



What more could one ask for?

We had a water heater leak. John the technician came and detected the problem and quickly resolved it. He was very professional, showing up on time and explained the problem thoroughly. He was very honest and very helpful. Now we have hot water!

I tried calling this company three different times before i finally was forced to call another plumber. I really wished things could of went a little different, im sure this is great company.

Made one call & they did it all , stayed late until the job was compleated. Would highly recomened this company.

They came out at the time when they said they would. I thought I had a bigger problem than I thought it was. They were able to fix my running toilet. I thought I needed to buy a new toilet, but they talked me out of it. It was only the fill valve.
