Don's Auto Body & Towing

When we called, stuck in the mountains at night, Don "wasn't interested" in helping us out by towing our vehicle and rescuing us from a potential emergency situation. He was blunt and uncaring and said that he would not take his truck into mountain roads (we were on a paved road (Hwy 28), and he even knew where we were

The next morning, when our rental car company called him regarding towing - he was more than happy to recovr the vehicle. When we talked with him again today, asking why he wouldnt help us the previous night, but would help today, he mentioned that the rental car company had "deeper pockets".

What about a little human compassion and some customer service???

Folks, I can't say that Don's towing has either!! If I could leave Negative Stars, I sure would.
