Worst ever their service is horrible cannot get any kind of decent signal and the internet is even worse slower than dialup I have never worked with a worse company. And when I had to end my contract early in order to keep my job because their internet services were not fast enough they charged me much more than I was told per remaining month when I agreed to the contract and all I got was altemagems and threats about returning the equipment which I want nothing to do with they can have it. I was lied to treated badly unprofessionally and would recommend dialup with rabbit ears before I would ever work with dish again

Hughesnet gave me internet service that was good for the first two days of the month. We had 15 gb plan. Said we used 7 gb a day. Two days 3 mos. in a row. Tried to give us the twenty gb plan for more money. Had to get bulloch.net works awesome. Cancelled Hughes and they are charging early cancellation fee of $370 because in a contract. Couldn't even try the service without signing a contract. Hughes net cannot provide the service we need then robbed us for cancelling.

Scam!!! No call no show. They used excuse of me using and staying with my current provider. I even told them that I sent previous provider back their equipment who used switch and bait. I turned them in to the attorney general. They ate not allowed to force you into a verbal over the phone agreement and take your money right now. It has to be a written agreement. then you are to be billed.

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST COMPANY ON INTERNET SERVICE, CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT, I AM WORKING ON PRESENT A FORMAL COMPLAINT TO THE GOVERNMENT SINCE THEY ARE SELLING A PRODUCT THAT DOES NOT WORK,,AND TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT THEY ADVERTISED. SO PLEASE BE AWARE, MAKE SURE YOU LET PEOPLE KNOW, I AM DOING IT, THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE WILL KNOW SOON SINCE WE ARE A TV STATION. UPPP..
