Had a clogged drain and nothing we could do ourselves was clearing it. We used discount plumbing rooter before and with good results so thought we'd call again. Called at 9 am and they said they'd be there between 1 and 3. Arrived at 1:20 and had the problem fixed in less than half an hour. Quick, easy and affordable.

I called Discount Plumbing for a couple of minor problems, which were easily solved; the technician, Adan was on time, pleasant and competent. in doing one of the repairs, he noticed a potentially disastrous problem which we hadn't been aware of. he spent a long time explaining, and we decided to go with his suggestions. the next morning, he and another man, Angel showed up several minutes early, and they worked 16 hours over two days. the work is beautiful. I recently came home to a horrible smell in my apartment and brown/grayish water all over my walls and bathroom floor. Something had happened to the bathroom in the apartment above me and it all seeped down into my bathroom. Thank goodness for Mikey at discount Plumbing Rooter. He was diagnosing and fixing the issues within an hour and really did an incredible job with the plumbing, restoring my bathroom, and leaving no trace. I have to assume he is quite reasonable, Though outside of his stellar work and reasonable rates, I prefer to work with Jason because of who he is. Mickey is an honest, trustworthy, super nice guy that I welcome into my home anytime. I don't think twice about leaving keys for him and heading off to work.
