Delta Towing

was given the impression they were capable of making an extra key to my car. only to make me sit & wait on them the whole damn day. & i asked consistently if they were not capable to let me know so i could use a different company...kept giving me bs excuses; customer service was VERY poor!!! only stephanie was ok, bt still they wasted my time. DONT WASTE UR TIME WITH THEM...it'll take forever to get somebody if they come at all...VERY BAD BUSINESS ETHICS!!!! they dont care. period! They were even rejecting my calls & sending me straight to hold.smh. a company with customer service ethics like that shouldn't be in business at all. Literally wasted my WHOLE day waiting on them,smh. Don't want that happening to anybody else. Its not like i didnt have the $ or i was rude to them...that was no reason to be treated like that AT ALL!

This company is one of the best towing services I have used. The first time I used them they arrived on time and towed car for me to the destination I needed. The auto mechanics that work for them are very friendly and informative and answered any question I had. They have towed car for me a few times and I am always very satisfied with this services.
