I wish I could say that we actually had someone show up but unfortunately that never happened after 3 attempts. I called the business line and left a message, no return call. 2 weeks later I text the cell phone and got a response finally. We were giving a date and time for someone to show up and surprise, no one showed or called. My husband stayed late from work to meet him and no one showed up. We called back a few weeks later and he said he was on vacation but would be back the following week. We text him again to set something up and he never responded. He wasted time by saying he was interest, all he had to tell us was he didn’t have the time or didn’t want to do the job. He was just unprofessional by not showing up or calling. Can’t say I’d recommend this company for anything. Save your time and call someone else who will actually do the job.

Dave Sherman does not return calls, answer his phone and will go weeks without getting back in touch. He did not order enough material to do the job, had to do many reworks and is very argumentative. The job was ok once he finally got the siding finished, but he has yet come to complete the job and will not return our calls. Of course, he has been paid, and he charged more than the estimate. . Thank goodness his son is doing the work.

Dave Sherman has placed screen room skirting and adjusted windows on porch. He has added skirting around my manufactured home. All his work is timely, reasonable and very professional. I would recommend Dave Sherman to anyone. Rest assured he is the best!
