        Overall

        Its been a year since full roof replacement. My house roof permit is still open. Didn't call back for months until my real estate broker called him. Dan was apologetic for never returning my calls and messages for months and promised to reapply for permit and get final inspection. No call back, almost 2 months passed. Spent close to 20k and got lousy roof with no permit and other issues. Yes, taking legal actions.
