Dalick Construction has been building residential homes for the past twenty five years. In that time, Rick Davis (owner) has taught his employees how important it is to pay attention to detail. A well organized and user friendly home stands out from the rest. When building a new home or updating your existing home, Dalick Construction takes the time to be creative with the floor plans to meet the homeowners needs. We also make adjustments so that when you use your home it works in a smart, comfortable, and energy efficient way. Integrity is our way of construction. Rick was taught how to build homes from a man who would settle for nothing but the best craftsmanship. That kind of mentality has been passed on through the business to his sons Ryan Davis and Jason Davis. At the end of the day, we look at what we have done. Dalick Construction is not a large company. This gives us the time to focus on the project at hand. We would rather build 85% of the home ourselves and know that it was done properly and in a intelligent matter. The contractors we hire have been with us for years, and are people that we have a great deal of trust in because of the exceptional work they have performed on past projects. We use every space you have to ensure the maximum benefit in your investment. We build structures so that any one of us at Dalick Construction would be happy to live there ourselves!
