D & J Appliance Service

This place is the WORST Appliance Service company in SoCal. I think there are a bunch of monkies working here!



I bought my refrigerator at Lowes, so Lowes booked the appointment for a service technician from D & J to come out.



First try, there was a no show/no call on the day of the appointment, which wasted our 4-hours windows waiting for these fools to show up.



Second try, a guy named "Dave" showed up. Unfortunately, Dave did not have any idea how to fix the problem we had (freezer door pop open when closing frig door). He then pretended to fix the problem and told my wife to sign the paperwork and left. Before leaving, he also told my wife to not complain to D & J about him unable to fix the problem because he might get in trouble. He advise to wife to complain to Lowes and try to return the refrigerator. Unbelievable!



Third try, we made another appointment for service for the same original problem that was never fixed. AGAIN, there was a no show/no call from these chumps. Wasted another 4-hours window waiting!



Fourth try, made another appointment thru Lowes and this time D & J called us back and wanted to charge us $80.00 just for coming out to look at the problem. What the hell, this refrigerator is only 4-weeks on and under mfg warranty.



So I called Lowes back and questioned this charge. Lowes said they shouldn't be charging anything to the customer for service since it's under mfg warranty. The Lowes rep had no idea what was wrong with the idiots at D & J either. Finally, Lowes couldn't resolve the issue with D & J either, so they had to made a service appointment with another company for me.



In conclusion: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY! STAY FAR AWAY...

We had this company come out to service our Dishwasher and Washer. They came three times for the dishwasher and charged us all three times. It still does not work. The washer had a part that was too expensive to fix, but when they left they left it full with water and unusable. They did come back out to drain the water, but at that point it was 8:30 at night.



They are an authorized Frigidaire repair facility which is why we went with them. Now we have spent money for them to fix the dishwasher three times and it is still broken. They will not stand behind their work, they say it is our fault, that we are using the dishwasher wrong. They actually said it was abuse. It's a dishwasher, this is not a new invention that no one has figured out. You load it with dirty dishes, put in the approved soap, and run it. It should then get the dishes clean. It does not.



I would recoment taking your money to the top of a building and letting it go dollar by dollar rather than giving it to D & J Appliance. Bad servce, bad attitudes, no response to questions and worst of all can't fix a dishwasher.



DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!!!!
