They get you to sign a contract and put a deposit down of 10%, then they change the price a week later by 15% in order to get the job done. When I ask for the deposit back they said it is a non-refundable deposit. They even admitted that the rep was new to the job that why the original contract was wrong. However, the company still refused to give the deposit back. Check with your friends and neighbors about their business practices.
We worked with DA Alexander (Trish) to do our new home landscape and hard scape project this summer. They did an excellent job and it turned out beautiful. We went from a dirt front & back yard to an amazing transformation. They consulted us with plant, tress, shrubs, patio pavers and sod/sprinkler system. It looks amazing! They are professional and courteous and they worked quickly and efficiently to give us a great end result. We highly recommend the company and we were beyond satisfied!
I called DA Alexander to winterize my sprinklers after my normal company didn't return my calls. In the future I will always call DA Alexander first. They answered their phone, scheduled my appointment, and showed up on time.
I had a patio, pond, and landscaping installed. D.A. Alexander was great to work with. They are very professional and they exceeded my expectations.
