I have been using Crosspoint since they first opened their doors. It is rare nowadays to find a company that isn't trying to upsell you services or equipment that is not necessary. Tony and his crew are straight shooters, and they get the problems solved on the first trip. I have the maintenance package that they offer, and it is so worth the peace of mind knowing that my air conditioning is running at its best when the high temps of Florida's summer hit. I always recommend Crosspoint whenever I can!

We called Crosspoint Refrigeration and set up an appointment to have our A/C diagnosed as the fan motor wasn't working. The knowledgeable technician called and came on time, assessed the problem and skillfully worked until it was back up and running! We really appreciate the company's entire staff from the office workers, technicians and owner for their integrity and service.

The two Crosspoint employees that installed our system were the best, I was a Lennox Dealer in South Texas for 20 years and I would have hired them hands down. They came to the job site when they said they would and went right to work installing a High Efficiency Lennox Heat Pump system. Our old system was 21 years old and has been serviced by Crosspoint and kept running for the past 5 years until it finally failed. Having knowledge of service procedures I watched Crosspoint technicians find the problems and fix them until it just could not be done anymore. I highly recommend this company, their integrity and honesty is outstanding. This is what a Christian based company should look like.

Awesome people and awesome service! Crosspoint Refrigeration has been the company we've used and recommended for a few years now. There's been many times that my customers are told by other companies that they need to replace their A/C systems and it will be thousands of dollars.. I tell them to let Crosspoint diagnose it and they repair it for much less saving the customers hundreds or thousands of dollars! One was recently a repair that was under $300 so we knew the other company was taking advantage of the absentee owner by telling them parts didn't work and they needed a new system when they didn't. Crosspoint has been by far the best company we've ever worked with! They are honest, professional, courteous, fair and dependable.
