        Overall

        I've had my bed for several years, now and would never buy another one. Mattress is miserable and it never really functioned as was shown on video when purchased. My friend had one and she was pleased with hers so I expected the same comfort as she raved with hers. It does not bend at 'knee position' and I was treated rudely when asking how to correct the problem. Consequently, it has remained idle most the time. Real sorry to report this as I do not wish to discourage other prospective buyers. Just want to get my experience known.
